Sewing up a Storm

I recently found out that I love altering clothes. Making clothes, not so much, but I just love altering them, making it so that my clothes fit me just the way I like it. A friend of mine sent me a bunch of really nice clothes that I Loved! It felt just like Christmas!
          And now I have slacks that fit me, they are just the right length, which is hard since I am so short.  I have also been working on some of my quilts and pillowcases. I am constantly working on some sewing project. I hope to finish or almost finish something before I leave in August for college. I still can't believe that I will be at my college in a month and a half! Wow time flies!!

Happy Father's Day

It is that time of year when the fathers are appreciated for all the ungrateful work that they do on a regular basis. I love my Daddy! I am truly a daddy's little girl, always have been and always will be. I am so thankful for my Daddy, and the work that he is doing around the house. My Dad has helped me so much throughout the years guiding me into becoming a Christian, young, women. He has also faithfully helped me through math especially with College Math. I have learned so much from your examples. You are a WONDERFUL Father, and I could never ask for better more loving Father than you! I am so proud to be your daughter! I love you so much Daddy!!

Children's Book

Every single Friday I volunteer at my local Public Library, and I enjoy every moment that I am there. I love being surrounded by books! The more the better, I just love books, my parents are the same way! I loved these books when I was younger and would read them over and over again. Here are some of my all time favorite books, and I still love to read them!!
